THE FINISHING
TOUCHES.

Watches, wallets, sunglasses and everyday details that make a simple outfit feel considered.

Details & Refinements

Accessories work best when they finish an outfit rather than compete with it. You rarely need many of them. One or two well-chosen details can make very simple clothes feel far more considered.

Start with the things you already need

Belts, watches, sunglasses, bags and scarves are practical items as well as style choices. Choosing better versions of things you already use is often the easiest way to improve your overall appearance.

Keep the scale balanced

Accessories should make sense alongside the clothes you are wearing. A very chunky watch or oversized belt can dominate an otherwise understated outfit, while extremely delicate details may disappear completely.

Aim for balance rather than trying to make every accessory noticeable.

You do not need perfect colour matching

Your belt, shoes and watch strap do not need to be identical shades. They simply need to look comfortable together.

Brown leather, for example, can vary considerably while still looking coherent. Trying to match everything exactly can sometimes make an outfit feel more forced rather than more polished.

Use accessories to add personality

If your wardrobe is mostly simple colours and classic pieces, accessories are an easy place to introduce texture, colour or something slightly unusual.

A patterned scarf, interesting watch strap, distinctive sunglasses or good leather bag can add character without requiring you to change the rest of the outfit.

Less usually works better

If you are wearing a watch, bracelet, necklace, rings, sunglasses and a statement belt simultaneously, every detail is fighting for attention.

Choose the pieces that genuinely improve the outfit and leave the rest behind.
